Interview with Edvard
Artist - Edvard , 4 Y.O., lives in Yerevan, Armenia with his family.
Edvard’s abstract paintings tend to precisely reveal direct expression of individual emotion. Through Edvard’s colors, we perceive his passion and energy that gives wings to our dreams! They are like fireworks that bring us happiness and sparkle in our daily lives.

: Hello Edvard, How are you? Can you please introduce yourself?
E:
Hello, I’m fine. I am Edvard Bidzyan, I am 4 years old.Im from Yerevan, Armenia. I love painting. My mom, and brother help me while I am painting.I love them very much.
: At what age you begin to paint?
E:
When I was 1 years old my mom used to give me gouaches and I was putting my fingers in it and paint with them. That’s when and how I started to paint.
: What does painting give you?
E:
Painting is fun for me. I love it very much. I love mixing colors. I am having fun while I am spreading colors on paper.
: What inspires you?
E:
Different kind of videos inspire me, My mom’s praise inspires me ,other kids artworks also inspire me.
: At your age, children often draw animals, flowers, etc.But you prefer the art abstract. What are you trying to tell us in your art works?
E:
I like painting animals,cars,but most of all I like painting abstract things so I can mix and use different colors ,use different ways of drawing. It is really fun.
: What are the colors your prefer to use?
E:
My favorite colors are black, purple, green,blue and yellow.
: Of all your art works, which one is your favorite, and why?
E:
The most favorite paintings are the one that I paint with my fingers. I love painting with my finger, that is so much fun.
: Who is your favorite artist, and Why?
E:
My favorite artist is my mom, she is also an artist.
: Art means lots of different things to different people. What does art mean to you?
E:
I spent my free time on painting and I enjoy the process. I can paint what I want, be all in colors from the bottom to the top and that’s what I love the most.
: You like drawing and painting, and what else?
E:
Besides drawing and painting I love riding my scooter,playing with my Legos and watching different cartoons.
: Do you know what you want to be when you grow up? An artist?
E:
I don’t want to grow up. I want to be always 4 years old.I asked my mom to put candle with number 4 for my next birthday cake.
