Interview with Zara n Myra

Artist - Zara is 10, Myra is 7 and they currently live in Bangalore, India with their family.

 

Zara and Myra love art and love to represent their universe through colors and shapes: a beautiful world with rainbows.

 

The two sisters often draw together, talk, laugh. They observe nature and animals, and pay attention to what is happening around them.

 

Doesn't art come from life?

: Hello Zara and Myra, Nice to meet you! We are very happy to interview with you two.    And can you please introduce yourself?
Z:

I am Zara, 10 years old. I study in class 5 and live in Bengaluru, India. I am creative, energetic, outgoing, gentle, cheerful, witty girl, I like drawing, painting, basketball, swimming, playing outdoor games. I love animal, nature, chocolates, ice-cream and fruits.

M:

I am Myra 7 years old. I study in class 2. I live in Bengaluru, India. I am friendly, cheerful, energetic, I like drawing, painting, reading storybooks, fairytales. I love dancing, beaches, kittens, chocolates, mangoes and strawberries.

: Why do you like to draw? What does drawing give you?
Z:

It makes me happy, relaxed and satisfied. Drawing makes me to explore the new world which doesn’t exist in real.

M:

It’s a fun and it helps my imagination to bring in drawing. When I see colors, It makes me happy.

Z:

My Father and Mother, Teacher, Nature, other artist work.

M:

My Family and Dreams.

Z:

About the world around me, Nature, Fantasy and many more...

M:

Nature, Friends …

: Of all yours draws, which is your favorite, and why?
Z:

The one with Corona Virus with Earth Lockdown, because of the colors are so soothing.

M:

Cubism Girl drawing.

Z:

Nothing Specific as I am still exploring.

M:

Kathy Barbro Art Projects for Kids, because its step by step drawing and it helps me to learn.

Z:

Artist or Art Teacher or Astronaut. 😊

M:

An Artist or Dancer...

:   Creativity is important when drawing and painting. How do you stay creative?
Z:

Learning in Art Classes, Watching Animation Movies, I see different artist work and get inspiration from them and create of my own.

M:

I love watching disney, pixar animation movies. Watching Zara drawing and painting.

We do sometimes.

It’s a colorful world.

M:

It's just like a rainbow.

M:
